Jossie Haines has led engineering teams at Zynga, American Express, and Apple. Lately she’s been leveraging her expansive tech and leadership skills to help location-finding tech company Tile reach new heights.
But what sets Jossie apart from her peers isn’t a list of past and present employers. More than half of women give up their tech careers after 20 years. And she’s made it her mission to change that.
When she’s not mentoring the next generation of women in tech, Jossie is advocating for and empowering the current generation. She founded Women @ Siri while at Apple and launched Tile’s mentorship program, which has a 67% participation rate.
